VP of Product – Fintech (Syariah)

Job Description

About the Company:
Our client is one of the leading syariah fintech startup in Indonesia. They are currently looking for highly experienced VP Product to help them build and revamp their product and responsible for the end to end product development 

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole product management team and is a part of the executive team for the business
• Responsible for Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product across all products/product lines.
• Own the product roadmap and communicate with C-level management and other stakeholders on the development process
• Working with cross-functional teams including lines of business, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, and other
• Closely monitor, measure, and interpret key metrics across the product team

Key Requirements:

• Min of 5-7 years of experience as a product leader
• Have a good customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process
• Proven experience in defining and driving product strategy 
• Product leader that knows how to get things done and has absolutely proven ability
• Highly passionate in building product from the scratch
