About the Company:
Our client is the leader in the digital currency space. They are a profitable and well established Crypto exchange platform in Indonesia with strong track record of providing secure and transparent transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
- Build and manage a high-performance marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, and to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of crypto industry and/or fintech industry, including knowledge of the regulatory environment and key players
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within departments.
- Indonesian nationality is highly preferred due to specific regulatory requirements and local market knowledge.
