About Us

Our client is one of the biggest Public Bank company in Indonesia Indonesian state-owned bank. It has branches primarily in Indonesia, but also found in Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London and New York. It had 1000 branches and over 9 million customers in 2006.


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and managing our company’s network infrastructure strategy, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our network systems.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network infrastructure initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Network Infrastructure Strategy:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive network infrastructure strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals and industry best practices.
2. Assess current network infrastructure capabilities and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
3. Stay updated with emerging network technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
4. Network Architecture and Design:

1. Design and architect scalable, secure, and reliable network solutions that meet the organization’s current and future requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define network infrastructure specifications.
3. Ensure the network infrastructure is properly documented and maintained, including network diagrams, configurations, and relevant documentation
4. Network Operations and Management:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operation and management of the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
2. Monitor network performance, analyze trends, and implement proactive measures to optimize network efficiency and reliability.
3. Establish and enforce network security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard data and systems from unauthorized access.
4. Team Leadership and Development:

1. Lead a team of network professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and success.
2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills enhancement
4. Vendor Management:

1. Evaluate and select vendors, contractors, and service providers for network infrastructure projects and services.
2. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.
3. Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to negotiate favorable terms and ensure cost-effective network infrastructure solutions
4. Risk Management and Compliance:

1. Identify potential network security risks and vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies, and implement appropriate controls.
2. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and internal policies related to network infrastructure.
3. Conduct periodic audits and assessments to assess the effectiveness of network security controls and address any identified gaps.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing network infrastructure operations in Banking Companies
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, routing, switching, and security technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex network solutions.
• In-depth understanding of cloud networking, virtualization, and software-defined networking (SDN).
• Experience in managing large-scale networks and distributed network environments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
