Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead Trade Marketing Division
- Ability to translate brand strategy into commercial strategy
- Manage trade program and activation to be in line with ROI
- Managing drumbeat and prioritization of Sales Team
- Develop BTL strategy to win with shopper instore
- Managing trade enabler budget
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in budget management and business analysis is preferred
- Previous experience in handling Channel (Traditional, Modern, Online & Direct to Consumer)
- Driven, Results Oriented & Resilient
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Leadership skill, strategic planning, market analysis and time management
