Our client is a leading Consumer Electronics company is currently looking for a Team Leader for the Sales team to further expand their business
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to implement the yearly and monthly commercial actions plans of the company.
- Developing and implementing Information Display Marketing & Sales, including sales program, promotion & Strategies to achieve volume, business growth and profit while expanding market penetration, managing marketing above & below the line including customer experience management.
- Develop and implement strategies and budget to meet revenue/sales targets, service level, and quality assurance.
- Oversee the development, implementation and continual improvement of an effective and efficient sales process.
- Develop sales strategies by studying business strategies and marketing plans, revenue goals, determining pricing, and responding to company’s needs.
- Develop and implement advertising sales budget to meet revenue/sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports to the management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any reputable university
- At least 10 Years working experiences in B2B Project also has expertise in professional Display / Digital Signage / IT Product Hardware / Professional Audio Video
- Strong leadership to manage, motivate and develop internal sales team and distributor sales to review new pipeline and opportunities.
- Strong in negotiate, analytical thinking and presentation skills.
- Good communication in English verbal and written.
