.1Bstories’ Vidiofy.ai converts text-to-video: any article, press releases, or podcast transcript into dynamic, engaging videos optimized for social media and websites.

As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with our clients to use Vidiofy to help them solve real business problems and aid them with their growth. This position’s core role is to establish and strengthen close relationships with some of the largest publishers and brands to execute existing deals and upsell new subscriptions with the client.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Establish a solid working relationship with multiple clients.
  • Be the point of contact for all client requests, ensuring that requests and concerns are met with quality and timeliness.
  • Act as both delivery and subject matter expert in evaluating client needs regarding their objectives and goals.
  • Proactive and demonstrated success in collaborating with customers to resolve issues and develop solid business relationships.
  • Cross and up sell our products and services to our clients
  • Proactively looking for opportunities that will surprise and delight your client.
  • Assist with additional ad hoc tasks to support the team as and when required.

Educational requirements 

  • 3-4+ years of SaaS sales and client servicing experience.
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction.
  • Be the point of contact for all client requests, ensuring that requests and concerns are met with quality and timeliness.
  • Prior experience in cross and up selling ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
  • Proactive and demonstrated success in collaborating with customers to resolve issues and develop solid business relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is a must as well as strong organisational skills.
  • Understanding of project management and the skills needed to forecast and plan ahead.
  • Effective interpersonal communication.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, team player, with good judgement and an ability to work in a
    fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities
