Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment practice across all business units Identify role profiling through partnering with department heads by understanding their manpower needs, providing suggestions on talent market
Proactively identify rooms for improvements within recruitment practices to ensure a seamless recruiting flow Actively building talent pool
The Successful Applicant:
Bring about 5+ years of recruiting experience coming from medical devices/hospital/pharmaceutical background.
Excellent interpersonal skill with go-getter attitude Strong influencing skills with the ability to advise VP and senior management on recruiting trends.
