R&D Manager – Ethical Products

About the Company:
Our client is a leading local pharmaceutical company with innovative technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiates and leads R&D team and conducts research that advances scientific knowledge for the improvement of breakthrough materials
• Provides detailed knowledge of materials chemistry, synthesis, microstructure development, and failure mechanisms to develop a fundamental understanding of materials performance
• Solves problems to root cause, seeks and identifies opportunities for improvements, and implements solutions required to improve materials and materials production processes
• Conducts research in the laboratory, pilot, and commercial-scale environments
• Interfaces with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers in conjunction to develop scope, schedule, and cost to meet objectives of R&D projects
• Diligently communicates progress and results through written technical reports, presentations, patents, and publications

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and candidate must possess the Pharmacist Profession (Apoteker)
• Has more than 10 years experience in formulation
• Experiences in leading a product development and management
• Ability to identify the problem in product development and analysis method
• Strong understanding of QbD, ICH and CPOB. Preferable someone experience applied QbD in the product development process
