About the Company:
Our client is a prominent forwarding company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the logistics space. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Manage key accounts and develop business with existing customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base
- Forwarding and in-depth knowledge of the logistics business and market
- Set sales team profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed
- Monthly financial analysis: including determining overall success of current customer profiles
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of account management and/or business development experience with a core focus in the forwarding space
- Proven success in the forwarding and logistics space would be highly desirable
- A proven track record of customer and market development with experience across the various forwarding and logistics stages
- The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the shipping and logistics market
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
