About the Company:
Our client is a large listed group within fast paced Retail industry sector. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for experienced Merchandise IT System Manager with strong background in Retail Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP operation for Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Financial & Controlling and Warehouse Management System.
- Manage In Store process application and data operations and deliver innovation to drive growth.
- Manage project management office and liaise with business and IT internal stakeholder to deliver all projects related to IT store and company operation.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years experience with Retail SAP Operation & Project Management
- Ability to Experience in Retail Industry and in discerning true business requirements and fit for purpose and fit for use solutions
- Deliver the consultancy, advisory, training and data points of IT SAP aspects to business units
- Oversee vendor’s performance result and escalate to IT SAP
- Lead the team to achieve the target, and review for Team’s performance (Performance Appraisal); discuss with team member if there is any member that not satisfied with the result
- Good English Proficiency is a must
