- Experience in FMCG company is preferred

- Oversee the development, implementation and continual improvement of an effective and efficient sales process.
- Develop sales strategies by studying business strategies and marketing plans, revenue goals, determining pricing, and responding to company’s needs.
- Develop and implement advertising sales budget to meet revenue/sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports to the management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 10 years experience in FMCG Industry
- MNC experience is preferred
- Experience managing Modern Trade market is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
