About the Company:
Our Client is a leading consumer electronics retail chain that is fast expanding across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and drive store performance
- Ability to manage and develop operation team
- Ensure daily store operation as per corporate guidance
- Responsible in achieving corporate’s sales target, LFL, growth, and store expansion
- To identify and proactively manage any poor performance issues using appropriate company policies
- Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub function
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Mass Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Driven, Results Oriented & Resilient
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Leadership skill, strategic planning, market analysis and time management
