Head of Marketing – FMCG

Job Description

  • Prior Consumer Goods experience is a must
  • Proven experience and track record in Marketing
  • Exposure to Product Development would be a strong plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales volume and revenue targets for the brand
  • Develop the brand and total category
  • Achieve market share targets and brand objectives for the country
  • Obtain and analyze POS data for effective business decision-making
  • Design, plan and execute retail advertising, promotion, and merchandising activities in line with the brand and product strategies
  • Manage the allocated A&P budgets, maximizing optimum local media plans and profitability for the brand
  • Support R&D on market insights and new product development

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum of  8-10 years experience in FMCG brand management
  • Prior category experience in Tobacco / Alcohol is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strategic and critical thinker
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment
