Job Description
- Prior Consumer Goods experience is a must
- Proven experience and track record in Marketing
- Exposure to Product Development would be a strong plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales volume and revenue targets for the brand
- Develop the brand and total category
- Achieve market share targets and brand objectives for the country
- Obtain and analyze POS data for effective business decision-making
- Design, plan and execute retail advertising, promotion, and merchandising activities in line with the brand and product strategies
- Manage the allocated A&P budgets, maximizing optimum local media plans and profitability for the brand
- Support R&D on market insights and new product development
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in FMCG brand management
- Prior category experience in Tobacco / Alcohol is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic and critical thinker
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
