About the Job:
Our client is a manufacturer and trading steel company that focuses on B2B transaction.
They are looking for Finance Manager with strong business partnering skill who can also work together with the owner.
This position will be placed in the Plant located in Sentul, Bogor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with GM Factory on cost efficiency and cost of production – effective COGM
- Evaluating, developing, and improving function controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecast
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
- Managing Finance & Accounting staff members
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in Finance Accounting industry.
- Experience in working at Manufacturing and Distribution Company.
- Need a strong personality, facing factory workers
