Department Head of Consumer Banking

Job Description

  • This position is to scale up Affluent business execution and origination activities capacity in Consumer Banking. The role holder will have main responsibility as follow:

– To originate, execute and lead complex event driven financing transaction, working closely with client and all the relevant internal and external stakeholders including RM, Credit Approvers, Legal, etc across the corporate customer base within Consumer Banking. 
– Key mandates for the role is to execute and originate Club, Syndicated and/or complex Bilateral loan transaction with the type of transactions/deals including but not limited to (Acquisition financing; Recapitalization events i.e dividend recap/share buyback, Complex refinancing and Subordinated financing, Bridge to capital market financing, Cross-border financings and other complex funding requirements).

  • Responsible and play an active role in managing the business strategy and roadmap segments for the affluent, upper mass, mass segments, payroll business focus, and business owner focus by establishing value propositions, customer journeys, and customer insights, distribution channels, and customer relationship models, as well as sharpening usage and loyalty programs through campaign activities for each customer segment to increase business and market share for Consumer & Retail TPF (Savings, Current Accounts and Time Deposits), Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Consumer and retail loans, as well as services and services to support BNI’s vision and mission is to become the leading financial institution in service and performance in a sustainable manner by optimizing and increasing profits for each customer segment to support increasing business volume and achieving consumer segment financial business targets.
